Digital Goods (Memberships)

We do not offer refunds on monthly membership purchases. If you would like to turn off auto renewal for the next month, please see the instructions here.

Physical Goods

If the goods you received do not match what you ordered, please send a photo of the packing slip and the item/items which you did or did not receive to support@dahl.local.

We will contact the manufacturer and do our best to help you get whatever issues you have resolved.

If you ordered an item and it does not fit, we will not be able to issue you a refund as all clothing is printed and ordered on demand. Each clothing item has a sizing chart in its listing. Please make sure you order the correct size prior to placing your order.
